Asparagus and Chicken Casserole

  • 1 tin (well drained) or fresh bunch asparagus tips
  • 350g (12 oz) cooked chicken breast
  • 1 tin mushroom soup
  • 50g (2 oz) grated cheese
  • 50g (2 oz) fresh white breadcrumbs
  • a little milk



Lay asparagus tips at bottom of greased oven dish
Lay cooked chicken on top
Mix soup with a little milk and pour over chicken
Mix the cheese with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top
Bake in moderate oven for 30 mins
