Barbecued Pork Chops

  • As many pork chops as you need
  • Sage and onion stuffing mix
  • Eating apples
  • Greased tinfoil



Place chop in centre of greased tin foil20- you need enough foil to make a loose 'parcel'
Sprinkle 1 rounded teaspoon of stuffing mix over the chop
Arrange a small sliced eating apple over the stuffing
Wrap the chop loosely in the foil, but seal the edges of the foil well
Put on baking sheet, cook in oven at gas mark 5/ 375 degrees

suggestion - add a little garlic or chilli for a change
