Beef Baked Potatoes
Bake potatoes at gas mark 6 (400 degrees) until cooked (approx 1 hour)
Cut cooked potatoes in half, and scoop out the insides
Put into a basin and mix with the corned beef, parsley and Worcester sauce
Heap the mixture into the potato shells
Sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake at gas mark 5 (370 degrees) for 20 mins

- 4 large potatoes, well scrubbed and pricked
- 350g (12 oz) corned beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
- 1 level tablespoon chopped parsley
- 25g (1 oz grated cheese)
