Boil potatoes until tender Mash with butter, milk, cheese and salt and pepper Stir in the hard boiled eggs and onion Divide into 8 portions and make into rounds Dip in beaten egg Coat in breadcrumbs Fry in hot deep fat until golden brown Drain thoroughly Suggestion: very filling on their own, but try them with boiled ham and green salad |
