Kiss Cakes
Cream butter and icing sugar together
Add beaten egg and mix well
Gradually add the flour and cornflour
Drop teaspoons of the mixture onto a well greased baking tray
Bake in a fairly hot oven for 10-15 mins
Sandwich together with jam
Suggestion: Try other fillings or add a layer of cream as well.

- 225g (8 oz) butter
- 50g (2 oz) icing sugar
- 175 (6 oz) flour
- 50g (2 oz )cornflower
- 1 egg, beaten
