Quick Tuna Mousse


  • 1 tin consomme
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 tin tunafish



Drain the tunafish
Blend with the sour cream and three quarters of the consomme
Put into 4 individual dishes and chill
When 'set', spoon over remaining consomme and chill.
Serve with bowls of black olives, radishes, sea salt, and hot french bread
